KRSHD First Annual General Meeting

Last year in September the Katharine Robinson School of Highland Dancing became a non-profit organization. Katharine started the school over 50 years ago to share her passion and love for highland dancing and Scottish heritage and in transforming the school into a non-profit we hope to continue that mission for many generations to come.

This past year a fantastic group of people were tasked with setting up the foundations for the non-profit organization and in this AGM we will vote to ratify the basic structure of the organization.

Business to be covered includes

• Election of a board of directors
• Presentation and ratification of By-laws and organizational governance
• FY2021 Report
